✅ Cancel 2 weeks or more before your party date:
You’ll receive a full refund.
🔄 Cancel within 2 weeks of your party date:
We’ll be happy to reschedule your party to another available date and time (subject to availability). Refunds are not available during this period.
❌ Cancel within 24 hours of your party:
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or reschedule at this stage.
