Tickets are purchased on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis, in accordance with our terms and conditions. This means cancellations are not permitted once your booking is confirmed.
However, if your plans change, you may be able to reschedule your visit within 12 months of your original purchase date using the My Account Portal.
To modify your booking:
- Log in to the My Account Portal using your:
- Order confirmation number
- Email address used at the time of purchase
- Click the “Booking Portal” link
- Select “Modify” next to the ticket you wish to change
- Choose from the available dates for your ticket type
