Guests using wheelchairs may access the ride via the main queue line, which is wheelchair accessible. However, to ride, guests must be able to walk without assistance and sit upright independently in the ride carriage.
Additional Ride Guidelines:
- Service animals are not permitted on the ride. Guests may have a companion supervise the animal outside the ride area or use a secured crate until the ride is complete.
- No immediate repeat rides are allowed.
- Two children under 120 cm (approx. 3 feet 11 inches) cannot ride in the same chariot.
- Two adults are not permitted to ride in the same chariot.
- No cameras, video equipment, strollers, large objects, food, drink, or loose articles are allowed inside the ride area.
- Staff are not permitted to supervise children or service animals.
