Yes, for safety reasons, the Kingdom Quest Ride may not be suitable for all guests. Please review the following guidelines before riding:
🚫 Not Recommended For Guests With:
- Heart, neck, or back conditions
- High blood pressure
- Epilepsy (due to strobe lighting effects)
- Asthma (smoke effects are used; product details available upon request)
- Any type of plaster cast—guests wearing casts will not be permitted to ride
♿ Accessibility Information:
- Guests using wheelchairs or mobility scooters must be able to transfer independently into the ride vehicle
- Amputee guests should speak with staff to arrange use of the assisted carriage
- Service animals are not permitted on the ride. Guests may have a companion supervise the animal outside the ride area or use a secured crate during the ride
📏 Height & Age Restrictions:
- No infants allowed—children must be able to walk onto the ride
- Children must be 130 cm or taller to ride unaccompanied

- No immediate repeat rides
- Some scenes may be unsuitable for very young children due to darkness and loud sounds
- No food, drink, loose articles, strollers, or large objects permitted
