While our 4D Cinema is a fun and immersive experience, it may not be suitable for everyone. For safety and comfort, we do not recommend the attraction for guests with:
- Heart conditions
- Back or neck injuries
- Epilepsy (due to strobe lighting effects)
- High or low blood pressure
- Expectant mothers
Additional guidelines:
- One guest per seat – lap sitting is not permitted.
- Wheelchair-accessible seating is available. Please speak with a team member before entering the theater.
- Guests with low vision may request seating closer to the screen.
- Guests with hearing impairments can request a show script at the admissions desk.
