For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets and animals are not permitted inside LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto. However, service animals are welcome.
To ensure proper accommodation, service animals must:
- Be visibly identified (e.g., wearing a vest or harness), or
- Be accompanied by documentation from a qualified health professional, such as:
- Physicians, nurses, psychologists, optometrists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, and other regulated professionals in Ontario (as outlined in O. Reg. 165/16, s. 16).
Service animals must remain leashed or harnessed and under control at all times. Please note that due to the nature of our rides, service animals cannot accompany guests on rides and must stay with a non-riding member of the party. Our staff are not permitted to take responsibility for service animals.
