Yes — service animals are welcome at LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Toronto. We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests.
🐾 What qualifies as a service animal?
A service animal must be readily identifiable by a visual indicator such as a vest or harness. If the animal is not visibly marked, guests may be asked to provide documentation from a regulated health professional, such as:
- Audiologist or Speech-Language Pathologist
- Chiropractor
- Nurse
- Occupational Therapist
- Optometrist
- Physician or Surgeon
- Physiotherapist
- Psychologist
- Registered Psychotherapist or Mental Health Therapist
📋 Important Guidelines:
- Service animals must be leashed or harnessed and under control at all times.
- Due to safety regulations, service animals cannot accompany guests on rides. They must remain with a non-riding member of the party, as staff are not permitted to take control of service animals.
