Wheelchair Accessibility:
The Centre is fully wheelchair accessible. Guests using wheelchairs are welcome to enjoy Kingdom Quest, provided they can sit upright without assistance.
Oxygen tanks are permitted on Kingdom Quest but not allowed on Merlin’s Apprentice for safety reasons. -
Visual Impairments:
The 4D Cinema uses strobe lighting and may not be suitable for guests with epilepsy. Guests with visual impairments may request assistance from staff during their visit. -
Hearing Impairments:
The 4D Cinema offers front-row wheelchair spaces, and scripts are available upon request to enhance the experience for guests with hearing impairments.
