If the cardholder will not be present to collect the tickets, the person picking them up must bring a signed letter of authorization from the cardholder. The letter should include the following details:
“I, [name of cardholder], authorize [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference], paid for using my card ending in [last 4 digits of credit card used].”
The authorized person must also bring:
- The signed letter of authorization
- A valid photo ID
