I’ve lost my booking confirmation number—what should I do?

No problem! If you’ve misplaced your confirmation number, you have a couple of options:

  1. Use our Order Lookup Tool to retrieve your booking. Just enter the email address and phone number used during purchase. Be sure to use the same format, including any country code if applicable.
  2. Still need help? Please fill out our online support form with your booking details, and a member of our team will assist you.
